Standard shipping to your delivery address is free. We pay the outbound shipping costs.

Delivery and payment

The delivery information disclosed for your product before purchase applies. We email tracking information when available. Orders from different fulfilment locations may arrive separately without additional standard shipping charges. The available payment methods, applicable taxes and order total are shown before you place your order. The US market uses US dollars (USD); the UK market uses pounds sterling (GBP).

Returns and complaints

Please send your return request or complaint through our contact form. Include your order number and a description of your request. After receiving it, we will email you the appropriate return address and instructions. Do not send goods to the business address or the parcel sender address unless we identify it as the correct return address.

Return shipping costs

You pay the direct cost of returning non-faulty goods because you changed your mind. Where applicable law requires us to pay necessary return costs for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods, those rights remain unaffected.

This process does not require prior approval to exercise a statutory cancellation right or suspend a legal deadline.
